Acceptance of terms

By accessing Anubis Research services, you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of your institution. Individuals submitting orders confirm they have authority to bind their organization.

Eligibility

Products are available only to research institutions, CROs, and laboratories that have completed compliance verification. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders that fail verification.

Research use only

• Compounds may not be used in human or veterinary applications.
• No resale or redistribution without written approval.
• Materials must remain within the custody of trained personnel operating under documented SOPs.

Ordering & payment

• Orders are released only after institutional verification and payment authorization.
• Pricing may change without notice; confirmed quotes remain valid for 14 days.
• Accepted payment methods include ACH, wire transfer, corporate cards, Zelle, cashier's checks, and stablecoin settlement (USDC).
• Shipping charges, taxes, and import duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Documentation

Each lot ships with COA, SDS, and chain-of-custody packet. Customers must retain documentation for compliance audits and provide copies to relevant oversight bodies upon request.

Limitation of liability

Anubis Research is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from misuse or unauthorized handling of products. Liability is limited to replacement of goods or refund at our discretion.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
