Research Use Agreement

Outlined responsibilities ensure compounds remain restricted to non-clinical laboratory investigation with documented oversight.

Scope

This agreement governs the purchase and use of compounds supplied by Anubis Research. All materials are intended strictly for non-clinical laboratory investigation by qualified institutional partners.

Authorized use

Compounds may be handled only by trained personnel operating under the supervision of an institutional review board or equivalent oversight body. Materials must not be administered to humans or animals for diagnostic, therapeutic, or consumptive purposes.

Purchaser responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records linking COA identifiers to experimental work.
  • Ensure storage, handling, and disposal follow SDS and institutional SOPs.
  • Report any suspected quality or integrity issues to Anubis Research within 24 hours.

Prohibited actions

  • Resale, transfer, or redistribution without written consent.
  • Use in clinical, veterinary, diagnostic, or consumer applications.
  • Any attempt to remove or alter tamper-evident safeguards before inspection.

Verification & compliance

Anubis Research reserves the right to request documentation confirming institutional affiliation, research objectives, and compliance controls. Orders may be delayed or cancelled if verification cannot be completed.

Acknowledgement

By placing an order, the purchaser confirms that they have authority to bind their institution, understand the research-only restrictions, and will ensure all downstream handlers adhere to this agreement.
